Speaker Submission Guidelines (Please Read Carefully)

We invite practitioners, leaders, researchers, coaches, technologists, students, and change-makers to submit session proposals that explore, challenge, and advance the future of Agility in the era of rising AI Agents.

These guidelines exist to ensure clarity, fairness, depth, and meaningful learning for all participants.

Have a session ready to go?

Per participant only one submission is accepted.

Content & Theme Alignment

Submissions must align with LEADING AGILITY WITH RISING AI AGENTS. Focus on human-led agility with AI augmentation, not AI alone. Real learning and practice are valued over hype.

Originality & Integrity

Content must be original or clearly referenced. Repeated or recycled talks may be deprioritized. AI-assisted content must remain speaker-owned, accurate, and responsible.

Experience Over Promotion

Prefer experience reports, case studies, experiments, and learnings. Failures and insights are welcome. Vendor-centric or promotional sessions are discouraged.

Human-Centric & Ethical Perspective

Sessions must respect psychological safety, diversity, and cultural context. Ethical, responsible, and inclusive AI perspectives are encouraged.

Session Design & Engagement

Sessions should engage participants, not broadcast slides. Interactive and reflective formats are encouraged. Clearly state participant takeaways.

Audience Awareness

Clearly identify the target audience and assumed knowledge. Sessions should remain inclusive and practical across contexts.

Speaker Participation Commitment

By submitting, speakers confirm: Availability to present in person Openness to feedback and refinement, Adherence to the conference Code of Conduct

Review Process Transparency

Submissions will be blind-reviewed by the Program Committee. Evaluation is based on relevance, impact, practice, ethics, and clarity. Program Committee decisions are final.

First-Time Speakers Are Welcome

Prior speaking experience is not mandatory. Meaningful stories and learning journeys are encouraged.

Inclusivity and Diversity

We aim to be inclusive and diverse; in terms of our speakers and our participants. We encourage new authentic Speakers.

We’re committed to creating a safe space for everyone to share ideas, try something new, get feedback, and engage with a knowledgeable, open-minded audience. We want to ensure participants can connect, network and learn from their industry peers in a positive environment.

We provide a safe and fun place to share ideas and try something new. Our ‘Code of conduct’ describes expected behaviour.

Our review process is anonymous – to ensure selection based on merit and not how well a speaker is known. We want to hear your story – the first step is to submit it.

Our Review Process

After the submission deadline closes, our selection panel will review all submissions. This usually takes around 4-6 weeks and the final speaker(s) notification will commence post 30th April 2026.

The review process is anonymous – all speaker names, biographies and other details are removed – to ensure the panel selects sessions on their merit and not on how well a speaker is known.

To help us ensure personally identifying information is not included in the process, do not include this information in your session descriptions. These include links to blogs or recordings.

Factors that are considered when reviewing a proposal include whether:

  • the session will align with the conference themes and complement other sessions
  • the subject to be covered is clearly defined
  • the subject will be of interest to the audience
  • the content is of high quality
  • the session will be well organised and well delivered

What we expect from our speakers

If your session is included in our programme, there are a few things we need you to agree to as a speaker at RSG Pune 2026. Do not submit a proposal if you feel you cannot agree to these.

As a Speaker you will:

  • abide by our Code of Conduct
  • promote your session in the build-up to the event
  • respond to any requests we make to ensure your session is ready, such as making sure the review panel’s feedback has been addressed, or reviewing the programme or your slides
